Citizens Advisory CommitteeThe purpose of the Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) is to make recommendations to the Transportation Technical Committee (TTC) on issues concerning all aspects of the MPO. The CAC receives or initiates items or reviews issues generated by the other Committees. Recommendations from the CAC go to the TTC for technical review. CAC membership is comprised of twelve members. Nine members are of the direct appointment of the Lafayette City-Parish Council members; one member is directly appointed by the City-Parish President; and two members are jointly appointed by the area Mayors. The CAC usually meets on the first Tuesday of every month at 12:00pm at the Lafayette Science Museum. The twelve Citizen Advisory Committee members are listed below:
